  • Learn how to make great sourdough bread at home with Michael and Therese Slee. This fun interactive workshop covers sourdough culture care and the processes of sourdough fermentation and baking. It’s easier than you think.

    Participants will get to sample freshly baked bread in class, receive recipes and plenty of tips. You will also get to take home some sourdough culture (starter) to get you started at home  Perfect for first time sourdough bakers!
